Why trust these numbers

Fifteen years of weather, not a brochure

Holiday sites often quote the best-case figure. We use every day from 2011–2025, so you also see how often it’s actually warm.

Every day, 15 years

Averages come from about 5,500 days of data per place. We also count how many days reach 20°C and 25°C.

Real sea temperatures

Sea figures come from Copernicus Marine’s daily ocean analysis for 2023–2025, not guesses from the air temperature.

These are averages, not a forecast, and flying times are estimates. How we work it out.
